Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for subscribing to tidbiits, a service of Super Mega Lab LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and post-cancellation access work for our subscription-based Services.
This policy is part of and subject to our Terms of Service.
SUBSCRIPTION OVERVIEW
tidbiits offers the following subscription options:
- Free Trial — Full feature access with limited usage (limited video processing and chat messages). No payment information is required for the Free Trial.
- Pro — Metered per-seat monthly billing that scales with your team. Billed on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe.
CANCELLATION
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees, no long-term commitments, and no penalties for canceling.
How to cancel:
- Log in to your account at tidbiits.com
- Navigate to your workspace settings
- Select the billing or subscription section
- Follow the prompts to cancel your subscription

When cancellation takes effect: Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have full access to all Pro features until that date.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER CANCELLATION
When your Pro subscription ends, your workspace enters a "paused" state. In this state:
- Your data is preserved. All content, summaries, annotations, knowledge graphs, insights, and other data remain intact and accessible in read-only mode.
- Active features are disabled. New content processing, AI chat, knowledge base chat, synthesis generation, and intelligence extraction will be unavailable.
- Collaboration is limited. You and your team members can still view existing content and annotations, but cannot create new annotations, insights, or other collaborative contributions.
- You can export your data. While in the paused state, you may request an export of your data by contacting us at contact@supermegalab.com. We will provide your data in a commonly used, machine-readable format.
- You can re-subscribe at any time. If you choose to re-subscribe, your workspace will be restored to full functionality with all your existing data intact.
REFUNDS
Because tidbiits is billed on a month-to-month basis with no long-term commitment, we generally do not offer refunds for the current billing period. When you cancel, you retain access to Pro features through the end of the period you have already paid for.
Exceptions:
- Billing errors. If you believe you have been charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after a cancellation was confirmed), please contact us at contact@supermegalab.com within thirty (30) days of the charge. We will investigate and, if a billing error is confirmed, issue a full refund for the erroneous charge.
- Service outages. If the Services experience a significant, sustained outage that materially impacts your ability to use the Services during a billing period, you may request a prorated credit or refund by contacting us at contact@supermegalab.com. Such requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
PAYMENT FAILURES
If a scheduled payment fails, we will:
- Attempt to process the payment again
- Notify you by email of the payment failure
- Provide a reasonable grace period to update your payment information
If payment is not successfully processed after the grace period, your workspace will enter the "paused" state described above. You can restore full access at any time by updating your payment information and successfully processing a payment.
FREE TRIAL
The Free Trial does not require payment information and does not automatically convert to a paid subscription. If you wish to upgrade to Pro after your Free Trial, you will need to actively subscribe and provide payment information.
